HASAKI (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, relevant guidelines, and other applicable laws and regulations regarding the protection of personal information in its handling of such information.

2. Security Management of Personal Information

The Company shall implement appropriate organizational, physical, personnel, and technical measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information handled by the Company, and shall take all necessary and appropriate steps to ensure the safe management of personal information.

3. Compliance Regarding the Acquisition, Use, and Provision of Personal Information
(1) Acquisition of Personal Information

The Company may acquire personal information from general users of its internet-based information service site (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”) or from advertisers on the Site (hereinafter referred to as “Advertisers”) to the extent necessary for the operation of the Site.

(2) Purpose of Use of Personal Information

Unless otherwise required by law or consent is obtained from the individual concerned, the Company shall not use acquired personal information beyond the scope necessary to achieve the following purposes:

Operation, maintenance, and management of the Site

Provision and introduction of services through the Site

Conducting surveys to improve the quality of the Site

(3) Provision of Personal Information

Except as required by law, the Company shall not provide personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the individual concerned. Requests for disclosure, correction, addition, or deletion of personal information, or notification of the purpose of use, shall be handled in accordance with applicable laws, and the Company will appropriately respond to opinions and inquiries regarding personal information.

4. Changes to the Purpose of Use of Personal Information

In principle, the Company shall not change the specified purpose of use without prior consent of the individual concerned. However, if the change is reasonably recognized as being within a scope that is relevant to the purpose of use before the change, the Company may change the purpose of use after publicly announcing the revised purpose.

5. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

When outsourcing the handling of all or part of personal information to a third party, the Company shall conduct a sufficient review of the third party’s suitability and shall provide necessary and appropriate supervision to ensure the safe management of the entrusted personal information.

6. Continuous Improvement and Review of Personal Information Handling

The Company shall regularly inspect its handling of personal information, management systems, and initiatives, and continuously improve and review them.

7. Disposal of Personal Information

When the necessity for the use of personal information has ended in light of its purpose of use, the Company shall delete or dispose of such personal information in a necessary and appropriate manner to prevent external leakage and only to the extent necessary for the execution of business operations.
